Civita Retenga - Catasto 1550's

This book includes 274 images, index on first 2 pages. Since 1811 Comune of Navelli.

On the back of the front cover (2/274) "on 24 sept 1561 the index of this catasto was made by Joanni Baroncelli, of total pages 135". Since each "pagina" includes front and back (recto and verso), and the first blank pages and the index pages bear no number, some original pages are missing. The number after each listing is for the scanned page, and the sequence mirrors the actual volume, some headings include more pages to list all the properties.

The listing below was cross-checked with the page number in the original (the number in brackets) which was at times inferred since the right-hand corner bearing the number is often ruined. There appear 91 headings of which one is wrong and one is for the place, so 89 owners were recorded. In italics the original text.
